363. Pravilnik o zahtevah za maslo in posneto mleko v prahu za potrebe ureditve trga z mlekom in mlečnimi izdelki, stran 539.

Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 5. člena in tretjega odstavka 7. člena uredbe o ureditvi trga z mlekom in mlečnimi izdelki (Uradni list RS, št. 111/00) izdaja minister za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano
P R A V I L N I K
o zahtevah za maslo in posneto mleko v prahu za potrebe ureditve trga z mlekom in mlečnimi izdelki
1. člen
Ta pravilnik določa kakovostne parametre, analizne metode za določanje fizikalno-kemijskih in mikrobioloških parametrov, metodo senzoričnega ocenjevanja masla ter metode jemanja vzorcev masla in posnetega mleka v prahu za potrebe ureditve trga z mlekom in mlečnimi izdelki.
2. člen
Zahteve kakovostnih parametrov masla in preskusne metode za njihovo določanje so navedene v prilogi 1 tega pravilnika, ki je njegov sestavni del.
3. člen
Zahteve kakovostnih parametrov posnetega mleka v prahu in preskusne metode za njihovo določanje so navedene v prilogi 2 tega pravilnika, ki je njegov sestavni del.
4. člen
Za določanje fizikalno-kemijskih in mikrobioloških parametrov in za senzorično ocenjevanje masla iz priloge 1, posnetega mleka v prahu iz priloge 2 in za vzorčenja masla iz 6. člena tega pravilnika, se uporabljajo preskusne metode, ki so objavljene v posebnih publikacijah »ML I in ML II, mleko in mlečni izdelki – analizne metode«, ki ju izda minister za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano in sta dosegljivi na Ministrstvu za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano.
5. člen
Vzorčenje posnetega mleka v prahu za določanje fizikalno-kemijskih in mikrobioloških parametrov v posnetem mleku v prahu se opravlja v skladu z navodili standarda SIST EN ISO 707, prva izdaja, april 1999 – Mleko in mlečni proizvodi – Navodila za vzorčenje.
6. člen
Vzorčenje masla za določanje fizikalno-kemijskih in mikrobioloških parametrov v maslu ter za metodo senzoričnega ocenjevanja masla se opravlja v skladu z metodo 10 iz publikacije ML I.
7. člen
Ta pravilnik začne veljati naslednji dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije.
