Na podlagi tretje alinee petega odstavka 75. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 45/01 in 78/03) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

Ratificira se Dodatni protokol št. 12 k Srednjeevropskemu sporazumu o prosti trgovini, podpisan v Zagrebu 5. decembra 2002.

Besedilo dodatnega protokola se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasi:

Representatives of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter called the Parties);
Reaffirming their commitment to the principles of a market economy, which constitutes the basis for their relations,
Recalling their intention to eliminate progressively the obstacles to substantially all their mutual trade,
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 34, 35, 37 and 39 of the Central European Free Trade Agreement,

Annexes C and D to the Protocol 11 to the Central European Free Trade Agreement shall be abolished and replaced with new Annexes C and D to the Protocol 11, which shall constitute an integral part of this Additional Protocol.

This Additional Protocol shall constitute an integral part of the Central European Free Trade Agreement.

1. This Additional Protocol shall enter into force on the sixtieth day from the date of receiving by the Depositary of the last notification of the Parties of the completion of procedures necessary for that purpose.
2. The Depositary shall notify all Parties of the completion of procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Additional Protocol.
3. If this Additional Protocol does not enter into force by 1 January 2003 it shall be applied provisionally between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Slovenia and between the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia from that date.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned plenipotentiaries being duly authorised thereto, have signed this Additional Protocol.
Done at Zagreb this 5 day of December 2002 in a single authentic copy in the English language, which shall be deposited with the Government of the Republic of Poland. The Depositary shall transmit certified copies of this Additional Protocol to all Parties to the Central European Free Trade Agreement.

Predstavniki Republike Bolgarije, Češke republike, Republike Madžarske, Republike Poljske, Romunije, Slovaške republike in Republike Slovenije (v nadaljevanju pogodbenice)
ponovno potrjujejo svojo zavezanost načelom tržnega gospodarstva, ki je podlaga za njihove odnose,
se sklicujejo na svoj namen, da postopno odstranijo ovire pri pretežnem delu medsebojne trgovine,
so v skladu z določbami 34., 35., 37. in 39. člena Srednjeevropskega sporazuma o prosti trgovini

Prilogi C in D k Protokolu 11 k Srednjeevropskemu sporazumu o prosti trgovini se razveljavita in nadomestita z novima Prilogama C in D k Protokolu 11, ki sta sestavni del tega dodatnega protokola.

Ta dodatni protokol je sestavni del Srednjeevropskega sporazuma o prosti trgovini.

1. Ta dodatni protokol začne veljati šestdeseti dan po dnevu, ko depozitar prejme zadnje uradno obvestilo pogodbenic, da so končani postopki, potrebni za ta namen.
2. Depozitar uradno obvesti vse pogodbenice o končanih postopkih, potrebnih za začetek veljavnosti tega dodatnega protokola.
3. Če ta dodatni protokol ne začne veljati do 1. januarja 2003, se od tega datuma uporablja začasno med Češko republiko in Republiko Slovenijo ter med Slovaško republiko in Republiko Slovenijo.
V DOKAZ TEGA so podpisani pooblaščenci, ki so bili za to pravilno pooblaščeni, podpisali ta dodatni protokol.
Sestavljeno v Zagrebu 5. decembra 2002 v enem verodostojnem izvodu v angleškem jeziku, ki se hrani pri Vladi Republike Poljske. Depozitar pošlje overjene kopije tega dodatnega protokola vsem pogodbenicam Srednjeevropskega sporazuma o prosti trgovini.

Vlada Republike Slovenije lahko predpiše način izvajanja dodatnega protokola ter postopek in pogoje razdeljevanja kvot za kmetijske in živilske izdelke, določene v dodatnem protokolu.

Za izvajanje dodatnega protokola skrbijo Ministrstvo za gospodarstvo, Ministrstvo za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano ter Ministrstvo za finance.

Ta uredba začne veljati petnajsti dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije – Mednarodne pogodbe.
