Na podlagi devetega odstavka 75. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 113/03 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 20/06 – ZNOMCMO, 76/08, 108/09, 80/10 – ZUTD in 31/15) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

Potrdi se Dogovor o podaljšanju Programa sodelovanja med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Države Izrael na področju izobraževanja, znanosti, kulture, mladih in športa za obdobje 2012–2014, sklenjen z izmenjavo not z dne 30. novembra 2017 in 4. decembra 2017.

Dogovor se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasi:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel presents its compliments to the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia to the State of Israel, and has the honor to refer to the Program of Educational, Scientific, Cultural, Youth and Sports Cooperation between the Government of the State of Israel and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Years 2012 – 2014.

In accordance with Article 15.6 of the above-mentioned Program, both Sides may modify it by mutual written consent. In this regard, the Ministry suggest the following modification to Article 15.7 of Program:

“15.7. This Program shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after its signature and shall remain in force until 31 December 2020. The Parties may extend the Program, in writing, for additional periods of three (3) years each, unless either Party notifies the other by a Diplomatic Note of its intention to terminate it, at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of its intended termination.ˮ

If the above-mentioned modification is acceptable by the Slovenian Side, the Ministry suggest that this Note and the Slovenian Note of reply shall also constitute an arrangement on the prolongation of the Program until 31 December 2020.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel avails itself of this opportunity to Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia to the State of Israel the assurances of its highest consideration.

The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel and has the honor to confirm the receipt of the Ministry's Note No. 3121/2017 of 30 November 2017 stating the following:

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel presents its compliments to the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia to the State of Israel, and has the honor to refer to the Program of Educational, Scientific, Cultural, Youth and Sports Cooperation between the Government of the State of Israel and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Years 2012 – 2014.

Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve Države Izrael izraža odlično spoštovanje Veleposlaništvu Republike Slovenije v Državi Izrael in se ima čast sklicevati na Program sodelovanja na področju izobraževanja, znanosti, kulture, mladine in športa med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Države Izrael za obdobje 2012–2014.

V skladu s členom 15.6 zgoraj omenjenega programa ga lahko obe strani spremenita z obojestranskim pisnim soglasjem. V zvezi s tem ministrstvo predlaga naslednjo spremembo člena 15.7 programa:

»15.7 Program začne veljati trideseti dan po podpisu in velja do 31. decembra 2020. Pogodbenici lahkopisno podaljšujeta program za nadaljnja obdobja treh (3) let, razen če ena od pogodbenic druge z diplomatsko noto najmanj devetdeset (90) dni pred potekom uradno ne obvesti, da ga namerava odpovedati.«

Če je zgoraj omenjena sprememba sprejemljiva za slovensko stran, ministrstvo predlaga, da ta nota in slovenska nota v odgovor sestavljata dogovor o podaljšanju programa do 31. decembra 2020.

Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve Države Izrael tudi ob tej priložnosti ponovno izraža Veleposlaništvu Republike Slovenije v Državi Izrael svoje najgloblje spoštovanje.

Veleposlaništvo Republike Slovenije izraža odlično spoštovanje Ministrstvu za zunanje zadeve Države Izrael in ima čast potrditi prejem note ministrstva št. 3121/2017 z dne 30. novembra 2017, ki navaja sledeče:

»Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve Države Izrael izraža odlično spoštovanje Veleposlaništvu Republike Slovenije v Državi Izrael in se ima čast sklicevati na Program sodelovanja na področju izobraževanja, znanosti, kulture, mladine in športa med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Države Izrael za obdobje 2012–2014.

Veleposlaništvo Republike Slovenije tudi ob tej priložnosti ponovno izraža Ministrstvu za zunanje zadeve Države Izrael svoje najgloblje spoštovanje.
